Shipping policy

Our shipping policy states, Wild Catch Market will ship out on Tuesdays and Wednesdays of each week to ensure the freshness of our products. We are not held responsible for any order that has not been properly handled during delivery or after delivery. The consumer is responsible for keeping track of their order and handling the perishable goods once the order is delivered. 

Due to keeping the seafood frozen, dry ice is included in the box. Reading the instructions on handling dry ice is necessary to protect yourself from any injuries. Wild Catch Market is not held responsible for any injuries from the packaging or dry ice.
