Shipping Details

We ship Wednesdays of each week with 2 day shipping. This is to ensure your order is delivered on a timely manner for quality. 

What carrier do you use?

-We use FedEx. They have great options for the fastest delivery. 

How does the salmon stay frozen during transportation?

-We use dry ice to keep your salmon frozen. This is the best method to keep the quality of your products fresh and no spoilage. 

What happens if my order gets delayed?

-Please call or email right away. Have our tracking information ready to go and we will also do everything we can to see where it is and when it will get there. 

Does FedEx deliver on Saturdays? 

-Yes, only to residential addresses. At this time we are NOT able to ship to PO boxes. Please make sure to enter a physical address. If you order and have it shipped to your business we recommend you order on Monday - Wednesday to ensure the quality of your order. 

What will the salmon arrive in?

-Your salmon will arrive in a securely enclosed box with a packing slip. Inside the box will be a layer of insulation and non-toxic freezer packs. Move to a freezer immediately upon arrival to guarantee the freshness.

-Yes! Wild caught sockeye salmon is filled with natural healthy nutrients that farmed salmon lacks. Farmed salmon can be dyed, higher fat, fed food that they are not natural supposed to eat, and hold toxins. Wild caught salmon is sustainably caught, high amounts of Omega 3, selenium, and nutrients to help with inflammation.
